Characteristics:

Top hung or floor supported, continuously hinged operable partition system. Face boards framed with horizontal aluminium profiles and vertical ‘labyrinth’ profiles with integral acoustic seals. Full length piano hinges (butt hinges not acceptable)
2 No. three pronged rubber seals at the top and bottom of each panel, the top pelmet can be adjusted on site to ensure an effective acoustic seal.
Wall posts to be fully adjustable to allow up to 30mm of adjustment per wing. Wall jambs finished in laminate to match the face surface and to incorporate concealed fixing method. Last panel of each wing to act as communicating door.
Hardware: Flush lever capable of being operated with one hand using a closed fist (“D” Ring not acceptable.) Door furniture to be readily apparent against the background of the door. Cylinder lock provided.
Construction: 100 mm thick panels. Aluminium frame, cross braced, clad with 16mm high density particle board. Acoustic integrity maintained with high density rockwool, rubber matting and core materials.
   
Track & Roller

Top Hung with no floor track powder coated aluminium head track to
RAL 9010 as standard with integral ceiling angle.
Floor Supported with top guide rail – SAA floor track directly to the top of FFL.
Floor track to incorporate adjustable “wings” to allow flexibility in finishing to floor.
